PBL Group Fair - Thoughts on my group

For the past 2-3 weeks Kaupeka Hub (Year 7&8) needed to make a game for the kidzone for the St Francis of Assisi School Fair. We were split into groups of four. The teachers split the groups into people we never worked with before. Our group (Harriet, Hayun, Antonio and Sophie N) was going really bad at first. We didn't sit next to each other at first and we were arguing about our ideas. But then a few days later everything was going better.

We collaborated and thought of doing "What's in the Box?". But another group was doing it so we had to make up another game and so then we thought of "What's in the Bucket?". It sounds similar to "What's in the Box?" but the game play is very different! If you're wondering how to play our game, here is a link.


How did our group collaborate?:

• We collaborated by listening to each other
• Everyone had a role related to their strengths
• We all communicated
• Everyone shared ideas and helped each other. 

Next time I need to:

• Listen more carefully
• Help my group a bit more
• Be a bit more responsible.
